1. Reservations
- Reservations are subject to availability and are confirmed upon receipt of the corresponding payment.
- A valid credit card is required to guarantee the reservation.
- Prices displayed are in Mexican Pesos (MXN) and include applicable taxes.
- Only guests who register at the front desk with a valid government-issued ID at check-in may stay at the hotel.
2. Check-in and Check-out
- Check-in: From 3:00 PM
- Check-out: Until 12:00 PM, with a 30-minute grace period.
- Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur an additional charge.
- A valid government-issued ID is required at the time of registration.
3. Cancellation policy
- Free cancellation: Up to 72 hours before the arrival date.
- Late cancellation: Cancellations made less than 72 hours in advance will result in a charge equivalent to one night.
- No-show: In the event of a no-show, 100% of the reservation cost will be charged.
- Holiday season (December 19 – January 2): All stays during this period are non-refundable. Your credit card will be charged upon booking confirmation.
- Early departure: No refunds will be issued for early check-outs.
13. Termination of lodging agreement
- The hotel will terminate the lodging agreement and ask the guest to vacate the room in the following cases:
- Violation of any provision of these terms.
- Disorderly conduct, indecency, or disturbance of other guests.
- Material damage to the property, without prejudice to corresponding compensation.
- If the guest commits a crime.
- If the guest is absent from the hotel for more than 48 hours without notifying management.
- If the guest has a contagious disease.
4. Stay guarantee deposit
A guarantee deposit of $1,000 MXN per day is required to cover any additional expenses during your stay.
5. Minors
Guests under 18 years of age must be accompanied by an adult. Children under 12 may stay at no additional charge in their parents' room, subject to the maximum room capacity.
6. Pets
For the hygiene and comfort of our guests, pets are not allowed. A fine of $1,700 MXN will be applied for violations. Only certified service or emotional support animals with proper documentation will be granted access.
7. No smoking policy
Smoking is not permitted inside the rooms. A penalty of $1,700 MXN will be charged each time this rule is violated.
8. Liability
The hotel is not responsible for money, jewelry, valuables, or other belongings left outside the in-room safe, nor for items left inside vehicles.
9. Property damage
Any material damage to the property must be paid in full before check-out, at the amount determined by the hotel management.
10. Pool
The pool is available from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM. Maximum depth is 2 meters. The hotel is not responsible for any incidents; please supervise children at all times.
11. Payments
Guests must settle their account when requested by the hotel, in cash or by Mastercard or Visa. Personal checks and other credit instruments are not accepted. If paying in foreign currency, the exchange rate established by the hotel will apply.
12. Right of admission
We reserve the right of admission and permanence within the hotel.
