- What are the check-in and check-out times?
- Check-in from 3:00 PM and check-out until 12:00 PM. We offer early check-in and late check-out subject to availability.
- Is breakfast included?
- Yes. All our rates include a daily American breakfast with traditional Yucatecan options, all prepared in-house. Food service is available until 1:30 PM.
- Do you have private parking?
- Yes, we offer complimentary private parking for guests, subject to availability.
- Are pets allowed?
- At this time we do not accept pets, with the exception of properly certified guide and assistance dogs.
- How close are you to the historic center?
- We are in the heart of Merida's historic center. 5 minutes walking from Plaza Grande and the Cathedral, 10 minutes from Paseo Montejo, and 15 minutes from the international airport.
- What is the cancellation policy?
- Free cancellation up to 72 hours before arrival. Cancellations made with less notice will be charged one night as penalty. Holiday season (Dec 19 – Jan 2): non-refundable, charged upon confirmation. No refunds for early departures.
